We stand behind our products 100% and because of that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Once you have completed your purchase you have 30 days to cancel the agreement. If you wish to cancel your service before the 30 days you can call customer service at 1-(800)-350-5804 or email them at customerservice@venomtraining.com please note if you do cancel your service you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges, as we do require both the Venom Training Systems Manual and Venom Training Systems Log Book to be returned. Once the product is back in possession of the VTS company we will release 100% of the customers payment.
